Dozi Mattress – 10 year warranty.
WARRANTY ARE AS FOLLOWS:
- Visible indentations greater than three (3) inches (7.62cm) resulting from flaws in manufacturing and not from normal wear and tear.
- Any physical or structural flaw in the mattress that causes foam to split or crack, despite normal usage and proper handling.
- This warranty is guaranteed from the date of delivery against manufacturing defect in mattress spring system excluding fabric, discolorations and body impression
- Warranty claims is only applicable within Singapore by the original purchaser.
- This warranty does not cover for display items purchase, FOC items and bed bugs issue
- Notice of alleged defects must be given promptly upon discovery and this warranty card must be presented with dated proof of purchase to our service personnel at time of service
- Warranty is void if mattress is found abused, burnt, damaged, stained or misused against the normal and customary manner or in the opinion of service personnel that it is due to excessive wear and tear, and they will not be repaired or replaced
- Warranty is void if mattress is found to have purchased from unauthorized dealers, including the removal or defaced of any mattress label
- Repair works are chargeable for defects and damaged not under manufacturer’s defects, or out of warranty mattress
- Top up fee is applicable for any replacement of mattress at the point of service, based on depreciation over the warranty period of its purchased price
- Transportation charges are applicable for any replacement or servicing involved
- Personal judgement on mattress firmness or body impression is not covered under this warranty and a mattress height loss of 10% upon usage is considered normal
- Warranty does not cover for damage, defects as a result of fire, floods or other acts of nature
- Warranty does not cover a normal increase in softness of the foams which does not affect the actual pressure-relieving properties of the product.
- Warranty does not cover individual comfort preferences relating to firmness, design, materials and feel.
- Warranty does not cover physical and/or structural damages including, but not limited to, stains, burns, tears, cuts, or liquid damage resulting from use by the customer.
- Warranty does not cover damage due to use with an inappropriate foundation.
- Warranty does not cover damage incurred by transportation after initial delivery provided.
- Warranty does not cover damage resulting from cleaning of the mattress from third-party service provider.
- Warranty does not cover any minor manufacturing flaws to the product or packaging including, such as, cosmetic flaws e.g. uneven stitching, dented/dirty carton boxes, etc.
Dozi Mattress will, at its sole discretion, determine whether a repair or replacement of a defective mattress is appropriate.

IMPORTANT NOTES
If you notice that your product or its individual components are damaged upon unboxing, please notify us immediately by contacting us at +65 6538 2809 directly or by email at Sales@Catnaplair.com within five (5) days of your stipulated delivery.
In order to process an exchange, repair or replacement part request, we will require photos of the damaged component(s) before they have been used for assembly. Claims made after five (5) days of stipulated delivery date will not be entertained.
